What does 316 mean?
In our brand name GAINZ316 the 316 refers to John 3:16 from the bible.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
We believe God is real, we believe he has a plan for all of us. We know that in his word he says to preach his gospel to all who have an ear to hear.
The reason we put 316 in our name is to be apart of something bigger than ourselves, we are being apart of Gods plan.

My gym journey
My name is Aidan Orozco and I didn’t start the gym because I wanted to. I started because I needed to.
I was tired of getting bullied, tired of feeling like nothing, tired of the names they called me, tired of losing every fight, tired of being skinny.
So I decided to change that and turn myself into something else. Something more. You may have a story just like mine and I want you to know this...
Our story may not have a happy beginning but that doesn’t define us. We get to change how the rest of it goes. YOU CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING.
